Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Step-Down) setting during night shift hours
- Float between two campuses as required, with a primary campus assignment
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans in accordance with facility protocols
- Adhere to dress code requirements; navy scrubs required
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions or hits on state license
- Minimum of 24 months PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is advantageous in securing placement
