Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Med-Surg unit setting
- Float between two campuses as needed, with one campus serving as the primary assignment location
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
- Maintain compliance with all background check standards and facility policies throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions on record
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is advantageous in securing placement
