Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting with patient ratios typically 1:3-4 on days and 1:5 on nights, depending on acuity
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Float as needed to MedSurg, Telemetry, and Emergency Department (boarding) units
• Adhere to weekend rotation requirements (every other weekend) and holiday coverage as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU/Stepdown/IMC experience
• Ability to float to MedSurg, Telemetry, and ED (boarding) as needed
• No more than 7 days of requested time off during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Familiarity with high-acuity stepdown patient populations
• Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple units
