Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV medication titration, and management of invasive lines, chest tubes, vents, trachs, and general drains as applicable to unit assignment
Maintain patient ratios per unit: ICU 1:2, PCU/CCU 1:4, Med-Surg 1:5, and Rehab 1:8 team model

Document accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR; operate Alaris IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
Demonstrate flexibility and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment with isolation and non-ambulatory patients
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington
BLS certification required for all unit assignments
ACLS certification required for ICU and PCU assignments
NIHSS certification required for ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg assignments
Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (ICU, PCU, or Med-Surg depending on assignment)
Traveler Telemetry Competency required prior to starting assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with higher-level ICU therapies such as CRRT, prone positioning, or hypothermia protocol
Proficiency with EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
Experience caring for oncology, palliative, or inpatient rehabilitation patient populations
Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new environments
