    Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Shifts: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM / 6:30 PM–7:00 AM | Every other weekend required | Every third holiday required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit serving adult and geriatric populations with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, diabetes, and continuous EEG monitoring diagnoses
    • Titrate drips including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications
    • Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:4–5 within a 35-bed unit
    • Collaborate with charge nurses, patient care techs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
    • Float as needed to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units
    • Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, and effective problem-solving in a high-acuity environment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Current NIHSS certification
    • Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
    • Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas; compliance is required as a condition of contract
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a Progressive Care, Stepdown, or IMC setting
    • Experience titrating cardiac and neurological drips
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity unit
