Registered Nurse – Med/Surg / PCU / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend Rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg, PCU, and Telemetry setting within a critical access hospital environment
- Work independently and perform charge nurse duties as needed
- Participate in every other weekend rotation
- Float to other units (including ED and Mother/Child Health) based on staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Vermont or compact state eligibility
- Experience in Med/Surg, PCU, Stepdown, or Telemetry nursing
- Ability to work independently and assume charge nurse responsibilities
- Flexibility to float to other units as operationally required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a critical access or small community hospital setting
- Emergency Department or Mother/Child Health nursing experience
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
