Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg, PCU, and Telemetry setting on night shift
- Participate in every other weekend rotation
- Work independently and perform charge nurse duties as needed
- Float to other units (including Emergency Department and Mother/Child Health) based on facility need
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within a critical access hospital environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Med/Surg, PCU, Stepdown, or Telemetry nursing
- Ability to work independently and assume charge nurse responsibilities
- Willingness and ability to float to other units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a critical access or small community hospital setting
- Experience in Emergency Department or Mother/Child Health nursing
- Comfort with night shift in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
