    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / PCU setting on night shift
    • Float to ICU as needed based on unit staffing requirements
    • Float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby as directed
    • Complete non-billable orientation modules prior to and during orientation (approximately 4 hours)
    • Complete any applicable billable modules after orientation during the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - valid state license must be obtained prior to start
    • Minimum of 1 year of PCU, IMC, or Stepdown nursing experience preferred
    • Ability to float within the facility and to nearby affiliate locations

    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in an ICU or cross-trained in critical care settings
    • Comfort with floating between units and adapting to varying patient acuity levels
    • Prior travel nursing experience
