Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level cardiac care
- Float to designated units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Complete all required learning modules prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions, verified within the last 30 days
- Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations is highly advantageous
