    Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a Progressive Care / Intermediate Care unit during night shift hours
    • Monitor and assess patients requiring step-down level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Float between PCU and cardiac-related units as operationally required
    • Adhere to facility dress code (navy scrubs) and all compliance, background check, and credentialing standards
    • Complete required facility learning modules prior to the start of assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
    • Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    • Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Experience working in Med/Surg environments in addition to PCU/step-down settings
    • Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to facilitate faster placement
