Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Step-Down unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and manage cardiac and telemetry patients, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float between PCU units as needed based on staffing and patient census
- Complete all required facility learning modules and maintain compliance with unit-specific protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license for residency verification; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in Cardiac and/or Telemetry settings
- Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
