Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting during night shift hours
- Adhere to department guidelines regarding weekend, holiday, and float rotation requirements
- Wear navy scrubs in accordance with facility dress code policy
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
- Maintain compliance with all background check and credentialing standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions or hits on record
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience in a Neuro PCU or Step-Down unit
- Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
