Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiac Stepdown (IMC/PCU)

Schedule / Job TypeContract – Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | 72 Hours Biweekly Guaranteed | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide total patient care for cardiac stepdown patients in a 31-bed unit
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6 throughout the shift
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Adhere to unit protocols during night shift hours, including every other weekend coverage
- Float to other units as required based on facility needs
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification with all ALC modules completed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac or stepdown environment
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
