Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry and cardiac stepdown unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and transitions
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of California (or compact equivalent accepted per state rules)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac stepdown nursing
• Current ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a telemetry or cardiac stepdown setting
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and arrhythmia recognition
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
