    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / IMC / PCU (Nights)

    Location

    Keene, NH

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite | 36-Hour Weekly Guarantee

    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate total nursing care for an adult and geriatric patient population in a stepdown/IMC/PCU setting
    • Administer and monitor cardiac drip therapy in accordance with facility protocols
    • Provide dementia management and patient-centered care for cognitively impaired patients
    • Participate in patient and family education throughout the care continuum
    • Collaborate cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and interdisciplinary patient care team members
    • Float to additional unit(s) within the facility as needed based on census and staffing requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active New Hampshire RN license or qualifying Compact RN license
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
    • Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
    • Cardiac drip experience (must be noted on profile)
    • Dementia experience and management skills
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR
    • Personal vehicle required — this is a firm requirement due to lack of public transportation in the area
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification or demonstrated experience
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a stepdown or progressive care environment
