    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on an Intermediate Care / Med Surg unit specializing in Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Psychiatry
    • Assume Charge RN responsibilities as needed
    • Float to other units as required — traveler will transition to a float position mid-assignment
    • Care for patients with diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, trauma, and other serious injuries
    • Document and manage patient records using EPIC EMR
    • Adhere to all scheduling requirements, including required holiday coverage blocks
    Required Qualifications
    • Active New Hampshire RN License or valid Compact RN License
    • Active BLS certification (American Heart Association)
    • Active ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
    • Minimum 2+ years of current Med Surg experience
    • Charge RN experience required
    • Experience with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, and/or trauma patients required
    • Proficiency in EPIC EMR required
    • Must have personal reliable transportation — public transportation and rideshare services are not available in this area
    • Must be willing to float; traveler will move to a float position mid-assignment
    • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in cardiovascular or cardiac rehabilitation settings
    • Background in physical medicine and rehabilitation nursing
    • Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated flexibility in scheduling
