    Job Title

    Travel RN – PCU/Burn (Nights)

    Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a mixed-acuity Burn ICU/PCU setting, managing patients from admission through discharge regardless of acuity level
    • Perform and assist with unit procedures including debridement, dressing changes, line insertion, chest tube insertion and maintenance, and post-operative procedural care
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using AirStrip technology and manage hemodynamic drips with proficiency in titration
    • Conduct bedside shift reports and uphold patient experience standards centered on courtesy, respect, and individualized care
    • Collaborate within a strong multidisciplinary team including burn surgeons, nurse practitioners, intensivists, rehab, dietary, pharmacy, and case management
    • Float to like units (ICU/PCU/CCU) as needed per unit floating policy
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 1 year of ICU or PCU level of care experience
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • TNCC certification required
    • Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
    • Experience with hemodynamic monitoring
    • Ability to meet scheduling requirements including 3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Burn unit experience strongly preferred
    • NIH and ABLS certifications preferred
    • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system and Alaris IV pumps
    • Experience with hemodynamic drip titration in a critical care environment
