    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Shifts (3x12-hour shifts)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Intermediate Care / Step-Down unit setting
    • Monitor and assess patients requiring a higher level of care than a general medical-surgical floor
    • Interpret and respond to EKG/cardiac rhythm findings as part of ongoing patient monitoring
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
    • Rotate shifts as scheduled, including consecutive weekend assignments as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to contract start date
    • Must successfully pass an on-site EKG competency test as a condition of the contract
    • Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Step-Down unit setting
    • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, and/or nights
    • Willingness to work consecutive weekends as operationally required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing or contract nursing experience
    • Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
    • Experience working in a high-acuity intermediate care environment
