Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care and telemetry monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
- Complete all required pre-start modules prior to entering the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Current AHA-issued certifications required (as applicable to specialty)
- Must be available to work every other holiday
- Must be willing to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities
- SSN, DOB, and requested time off must be provided at submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record system preferred
- Two supervisor references preferred
