Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a General Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown) setting
Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments in accordance with facility protocols; chemotherapy certification required
Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Complete all required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no hits on state license to practice
Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Chemotherapy certification and oncology training/experience required
Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
Experience in oncology or cancer center environments
