    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a General Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown) setting
    • Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments in accordance with facility protocols; chemotherapy certification required
    • Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in patient condition
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Complete all required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and during assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no hits on state license to practice
    • Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Chemotherapy certification and oncology training/experience required
    • Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
    • Experience in oncology or cancer center environments
