    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – IMC / PCU / Stepdown (MS/Tele Float Pool)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care across Medical/Surgical Telemetry and PCU units within a short-term acute care, teaching facility
    • Float between MS/Tele and PCU units based on census and staffing needs, including potential float to affiliate locations
    • Maintain patient ratios of 1:4/5 while delivering safe, high-quality nursing care
    • Administer medications in compliance with facility standards, including Barcode Medication Administration (BCMA)
    • Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
    • Adhere to all facility quality and patient safety standards throughout the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or a valid compact RN license (pending licensure submissions accepted)
    • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
    • Must be comfortable floating without restrictions across units and, when applicable, to nearby affiliate facilities
    • Availability to work every other weekend and 2 facility-recognized holidays during the assignment
    • Willingness to work in a flex pool environment where floating is a regular expectation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • ICU or PCU clinical background in addition to MS/Tele experience
    • Prior experience with Cerner electronic health records
    • Well-rounded clinical skill set with comfort managing diverse patient populations across multiple unit types
