Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications accurately and in accordance with clinical protocols
- Provide direct patient care in a stepdown/IMC/PCU setting with varying patient ratios
- Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting as required for patient care
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, and staff
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience in an IMC, PCU, or stepdown unit setting
- Ability to perform physical duties including pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience managing higher patient ratios in a stepdown or intermediate care environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
