Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring a higher level of observation than general medical-surgical care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN State License required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Less than one year of experience will be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Recent acute care hospital experience within the past five years
- Acute care hospital experience within the last two years, or intermediate/progressive care experience
