Required Qualifications Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty, with at least 18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience (travel experience accepted). One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months.
Provide direct patient care in a Neuro Stepdown unit during night shift hours
Monitor and assess neurological patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition
Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety practices in accordance with facility standards
Participate in orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
Adhere to unit protocols, holiday scheduling requirements, and compliance standards throughout the contract period
Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license – must be in hand at time of submission
Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills
PCU or Progressive Care unit experience
Experience gained within a single location rather than combined across multiple facilities
