Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights (Contract / Travel)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Float PCU setting, covering PCU Observation, Observation, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units as assigned
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in patient status in a progressive care environment
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Adhere to all facility dress code requirements, including navy scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Ability to float and work across PCU Observation, Observation, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units
- Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
