    Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights (Contract / Travel)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Float PCU setting, including PCU Observation, General Observation, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units
    • Monitor and assess patients requiring an intermediate level of care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the electronic health record
    • Adhere to all facility dress code, compliance, and background check standards throughout the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
    • Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    • Active, valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Demonstrated flexibility across multiple units, shifts, and departments
    • Experience in Telemetry monitoring and Observation care settings
