Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting with patient ratios typically 1:3-4 based on acuity level
Float as needed to MedSurg, Telemetry, and ED (boarding) units
Adhere to weekend rotation requirements (every third weekend)
Fulfill holiday assignments as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
Active Minnesota RN License required
Active BLS Certification required
Requested time off (RTO) not to exceed 7 days during the contract period
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience floating to MedSurg, Telemetry, or Emergency Department environments
Familiarity with variable patient acuity and dynamic staffing environments
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a step-down or intermediate care setting
