Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting with patient ratios typically 1:3-4 based on acuity level
• Float as needed to MedSurg, Telemetry, and ED (boarding) units
• Adhere to weekend rotation requirements (every third weekend)
• Fulfill holiday assignments as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Active Minnesota RN License required
• Active BLS Certification required
• Requested time off (RTO) not to exceed 7 days during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to MedSurg, Telemetry, or Emergency Department environments
• Familiarity with variable patient acuity and dynamic staffing environments
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a step-down or intermediate care setting
