ND Global Consulting Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

RN – IMCU/PCU

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU/PCU experience.
• Travel experience required and must be documented on the resume.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Active NY RN license and all active RN licenses must be verified through NURSYS.
• Skills checklist matching the specialty required.
• Driver’s license address must match candidate demographics.
• RTO must be included at submission.
• Local candidates accepted within 75 miles at the local rate.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Block scheduling is not guaranteed.
• Floating is required.
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Unit Details:

• 64-bed IMCU, including 15 designated Neuro beds.
• Adult patients, ages 18+.
• Common diagnoses: Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-op.
• Equipment includes temporary pacemakers, chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo.
• Ventilator experience: Chronic ventilator patients; unable-to-wean patients, with RT support available.
