  • Additional Information: Orientation occurs every other Monday. Prior travel experience is required for all Centra positions. All requested time off must be included with the submission, and federal holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Day must be worked if scheduled. The unit follows a flexible weekend rotation, typically with 2-3 weekends per month, based on unit needs. The facility can cancel assignments up to 36 hours prior due to census fluctuations.
