Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full-Time

Requirements:
  • Active RN License in the state of Texas or compact state license
  • BLS certification required (AHA only)

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in related nursing specialty preferred
  • Completion of all annual competency verification requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
  • Administer medications and treatments according to protocols while monitoring effectiveness and side effects
  • Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately and thoroughly
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers
  • Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers to manage clinical situations effectively
