Provide direct patient care in a cardiac stepdown unit during night shift hours
Monitor and manage a surgical patient population requiring close observation
Perform continuous telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active RN licensure in Indiana or compact state eligibility
Extensive experience with surgical patient populations
Demonstrated proficiency in telemetry monitoring
Prior stepdown or progressive care unit experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a cardiac-focused care setting
Familiarity with post-operative cardiac or thoracic surgical patients
