Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 32-bed progressive/intermediate care unit, including management of drips and more acute patient populations. May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need, and may be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
