Contract | Night Shift | Onsite Key Responsibilities
Float to all PCU/IMCU floors as part of a float pool, providing care to a cardiac patient population
Manage patients presenting with STEMI, NSTEMI, chest pain, and cardiothoracic surgery (CTS) diagnoses
Administer and monitor cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressors
Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3-4, with potential assignment to telemetry beds at lower acuity levels within the same unit
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similarly sized acute care or progressive care facility
Experience with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior float pool experience across multiple PCU or IMCU units
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and lower-acuity stepdown care
Strong adaptability and ability to work across varied cardiac care environments
