TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified IMC RN in Plano, Texas, 75023!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an ICU/Stepdown (Telemetry) unit on a 6th floor inpatient setting
Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate or progressive care, including telemetry monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using the facility's electronic documentation system
Participate in rotating weekend shifts and respond to call requirements as needed
Maintain compliance with all unit-specific policies, dress code standards, and attendance requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
Minimum 2 years of ICU/Stepdown, PCU, or Telemetry specialty experience
Active Texas RN License - temporary licenses will not be accepted
Current BLS certification (required)
Current ACLS certification (required)
Must be available for rotating weekend shifts and call requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system
Background in Telemetry, PCU, or Stepdown care settings
