    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Critical Care (ICU)

    Location

    South Weymouth, MA | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill patients in a critical care setting, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable populations
    • Perform frequent patient monitoring, assessment, and interventions at a minimum of every one hour or more as clinically indicated
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be on file and current
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • Minimum of 2 years of CCU/ICU experience

    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience caring for trauma or surgical ICU patient populations
    • Familiarity with neurological and obstetric critical care patient management
    • Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
