Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all facility and unit-specific policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license - State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - no local candidates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior ICU travel nursing experience is a plus, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility workflows and unit-specific protocols
