    Job Title

    Travel RN – ICU (Nights)

    Location

    Watertown, Wisconsin

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 4-bed ICU setting, managing critically ill adult and geriatric patients
    • Maintain patient ratios of 1 RN to 2 ICU patients, or 1 ICU patient and 1–2 medical overflow patients
    • Manage and monitor ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes as required
    • Care for patients presenting with common diagnoses including sepsis, ETOH withdrawal, COPD, DKA, and post-heart catheterization
    • Float to medical/surgical floor as needed, managing 4–6 patients per assignment
    • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EHR
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
    • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
    • Proficiency with ventilators, central lines, and arterial lines
    • Ability to float to medical/surgical floor when census requires
    • Availability to work every third weekend
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Chest tube experience strongly preferred
    • Experience with Meditech EHR
    • Familiarity with Level 3 Trauma facility environments
