Contract | Days | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Weekdays, two shifts) and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations across the facility during assigned shifts
- Serve as the administrative and clinical resource for nursing personnel, physicians, and ancillary staff
- Monitor patient care delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols
- Coordinate bed management, patient placement, and staffing adjustments to meet census demands
- Respond to and manage emergency situations, codes, and critical patient events
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure continuity and quality of care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- ICU clinical background or equivalent critical care experience
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in an acute care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in house supervisor or nursing administration roles
- Familiarity with bed management systems and staffing coordination
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-departmental operations
