    ICU / CCU Registered Nurse

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 80 hours per two-week pay period (no exceptions) | Must be open to working any shift

    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and provide individualized, age-appropriate care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the ICU/CCU setting
    • Manage care for surgical patients and those with serious respiratory and/or cardiac conditions requiring specialized ICU/CCU services
    • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 depending on acuity; support ventilator-dependent patients as needed
    • Provide after-hours PACU recovery support
    • Float to OB, Med/Surg, PACU, and ER departments to assist according to individual competency level
    • Complete orientation, competency binder, and unit-based training as required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid and in good standing
    • ICU or CCU clinical experience
    • Ability and willingness to work any shift with no exceptions
    • Commitment to 80 hours every two-week pay period — no exceptions
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Emergency room experience strongly recommended
    • Experience with ventilator-dependent patients
    • Comfort floating across multiple units including OB, Med/Surg, PACU, and ER
