Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (0700–1930) | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate clinical interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Minimum 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume or Level II emergency department
- Strong triage and critical thinking skills in acute care environments
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
