Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a hybrid ICU unit encompassing ICU, ACT, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical pods
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients in an intensive care setting during overnight shifts
- Utilize Cerner electronic health record system for accurate and timely documentation
- Float to Telemetry units and sister hospital locations as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN License (or compact license eligible for AZ practice)
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Must be available to float to Telemetry units and affiliated facilities as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a hybrid ICU or multi-acuity unit setting
- Familiarity with Telemetry monitoring and Medical-Surgical patient populations
- Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care environments
