Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
- Manage patients post-CABG, STEMI, and vascular procedures
- Administer and monitor vasoactive drips and manage ventilator-dependent patients
- Participate in 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- Float to other units including Medical ICU and Progressive Care Unit as needed
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac/ICU experience
- Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and vasoactive drips
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with open heart surgery patients
- Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) experience
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) experience
