Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 Hours/Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition
- Apply a strong neuro skillset to assess and manage neurologically complex patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
- Current ICU clinical experience
- Strong neuro skillset required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
- Experience with neurological patient populations in an acute care setting
