Job Title

Contract | 12 Weeks | Days/Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 Hours/Week
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Float as needed to PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units
• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license required upon submission (temporary license considered if steps toward full MN licensure are in progress)
• AHA BLS certification required upon submission
• ACLS certification required upon submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Requested time off must be 7 days or less

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Experience floating to step-down or telemetry units
