Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment
- Apply independent and supervisory discretion in an ICU setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- EPIC experience required
- Holiday RTO requests will not be approved
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior acute care facility experience
