    Job Title

    Travel RN – ICU (Nights) | 13-Week Contract

    Location

    Salt Lake City, Utah

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: August 10, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 24-bed ICU with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio (1:3 for PCU boarders; 1:1 for higher acuity patients including IABP, CRRT, and open heart cases)
    • Assist with and monitor procedures including rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, arterial line placements, bronchoscopy, and chest tube placements
    • Manage patients on ventilators, vasopressors, and arterial lines; apply restraint protocols as indicated
    • Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC
    • Float to PCU or serve as a sitter anywhere in the inpatient setting per unit floating policy
    • Fulfill weekend shift requirements of 3 shifts within every 4-week period
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience (strong candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered)
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Utah or compact licensure eligibility
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Proficiency with ventilators, vasopressors, arterial lines, and standard ICU skills
    • Experience with EPIC documentation system
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience caring for high-acuity patients including IABP, CRRT, and post-open heart surgery
    • Outgoing, collaborative personality with a strong team-player mindset
    • Flexibility to work straight nights or a 50/50 scheduling arrangement
