Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Required | On-Call Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
- Float to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical departments as needed, with Stepdown ratios of 1:3–4
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Participate in on-call requirements as requested by the unit
- Adhere to scheduled every-other-weekend commitments and holiday requirements, including at least one winter holiday
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current NIHSS certification required
- Ability and willingness to float to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical departments
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Comfort working in a mixed ICU and Stepdown care environment
