Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, including management of critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess CCU patients, documenting findings and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications and apply skills in emergency and critical care situations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience in a mid- to large-sized hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience caring for CCU/critical care patients
• Availability for every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (permanent address) to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a critical care environment
• Strong familiarity with ICU/CCU equipment, protocols, and documentation systems
