Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care/ICU setting, including management of CCU patients
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care delivered
• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as needed; block scheduling may be available

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience in a mid- to large-sized hospital setting
• Demonstrated critical care/CCU experience (must be reflected on resume)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (permanent address) to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a critical care environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and advanced monitoring equipment
• Ability to adapt to varying scheduling needs, including block scheduling arrangements
